I hope you have a lovely weekend? Here, it was a rainy weekend which means we stayed pretty quiet. Another week passed and I am pretty proud of myself for keeping it up with my running regimen!
Tuesday: 25 mins run + Legs
Thursday: 30 mins run + upper body
Saturday: 20 mins run
Sunday: (was supposed to be 40 mins run but it was raining nonstop so I didn’t)
Saturday I was able to squeeze in my 20 mins run. It was a bit wet but it the good thing is that it wasn’t too warm which made it much easier. I really didn’t want to go, but I did it anyway. I need to give myself a pat on the back for that. I didn’t let laziness win!! I felt much better after my run too! 🙂
Yes, Sunday I didn’t run. It was pouring rain all day, but I did my 40 mins run today instead of my day off. Hopefully, my body won’t cry too much during tomorrow’s 30 mins run!!
It is not always easy to keep ourselves motivated, but we need to remember how it makes us feel when we did it. I know I feel more accomplished and more energized. I don’t feel as guilty to treat myself as well.
On the nutrition part, I still have a lot of work to do. Especially when it comes to temptations at work! It’s kinda hard to refuse when your boss puts a chocolate on my desk. I don’t know if you’re like me, but when you have a taste of the bad stuff… I go for more!! Without realizing, I’ve eaten 5 of them! It’s like they are calling my name. haha!
I am terrible!
Today is Monday and another week to start fresh. Hopefully, they won’t bring any more temptations at work this week. 🙂
